You can apply online for IDL via International Driving License Sri Lanka (Ceylon) - Get Yours (internationaldriversassociation.com) in a few simple steps:

1. Fill the international driving licence Sri Lanka application form

2. Upload 2 passport size photos

3. You will get approved within 2 hours or less. The physical copy will be shipped to you anywhere you want.
